Whether planning a small family affair, a night with your girlfriends or an all out watching party – the Academy Awards just begs for company, special bites and drinks, and voting.

Start with a checklist. Decided who is coming, what you’ll serve and keep it all organized with our printable checklist.

Print or email an invitation with the details. Add text right over this file and you have an instant invite – all good parties start with an invitation to set the mood! The gold statue was cut from self adhesive gold foil paper and stuck right on. The file has a black statue in case you want to keep it super simple.

Voting for the best red carpet looks will have to be by a count of hands – but encourage your guests to fill out a nominee ballot and let the games – I mean, awards show – begin! Have a few prizes on hand for most correct and a silly prize for least picked correctly. It’s a nice way to add an interactive element to the viewing.
