When did St. Patrick’s Day shirts get too mature for my 4 year old? Maybe it was when we graduated to the ‘girls’ section from the ‘baby and toddler’ section? Still – no excuse for the underhanded and slightly suggestive St. Patty’s tees I came across this year. What’s a mom to do? Make her own!
I used the Silhouette to cut a template out of some scrap vinyl and used it as a stencil for a green “Lucky Charm” graphic on a light turquoise tee.
I love the unexpected color combo.
Usually I use whatever acrylic paint I have on hand – but I actually had some fabric paint left over from our Par-DIY at Christmas.
Topped with a rainbow ribbon, this shirt will guarantee a pinch-free St. Patrick’s day and the message will be wearable through the warm months. The fonts are Smoothy and Bebos, if you want to grab them!
