It’s fitting that Teacher Appreciation week and Mother’s Day fall in the same week, don’t you think? Mother’s are our first, and arguably most important, teachers – and then when we send our children off to school, their teachers fill a very maternal role – loving and caring for our babies (no matter how old) for hours and hours each day. It’s a tough job, motherhood. One that we fully, and gladly, embrace — and one that we’re not turning down a day to be celebrated!
This week we’ll be featuring some of our favorite gift for the mom in your life (and we’re sure something you’d love, too), a ‘Dude’s Guide to Mother’s Day’ with a handy dandy printable for you to fill out and pass along, and a sweet activity for the kiddos (send to your kid’s teachers and to all your friend’s husbands!). Did you see last week’s posts for gifts that mail easily, a craft even the uncraftiest of dad’s could make, the perfect breakfast in bed recipe or a treat that will pamper the body and soul? We can’t wait to hear how you’re celebrating Mother’s Day and celebrating the amazing moms you know.
Love those gorgeous pink peonies? Us, too! Photo credit to our friend Misha – visit her Etsy store and shop her other beautiful images!
