sarahHMM

Sarah Frank Roberts was born and raised on the East Coast of Canada. She earned a BA in French from BYU and has lived in France and Florida (working for Walt Disney World) . She relocated to Texas with her family seven years ago and just started her latest adventure – she moved to Alaska! She loves being a wife and stay-at-home-mom to her six kids. When she’s not changing diapers or doing laundry, Sarah loves baking, throwing parties and developing recipes for Bob’s Red Mill, Coffee-Mate and delicious, healthy alternatives to classic comfort food for Humana. Sarah has made several TV appearances on Great Day SA, her local morning show as an expert in all things ‘mom’.
