Shredded Chicken in the Slow Cooker
Ingredients
  • 10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp. Adam's Family Lopez Rub (or other Mexican seasoning)
Instructions
  1. Coat the bowl of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Line the bottom of the slow cooker with the onions.
  3. Add the chicken thighs.
  4. Top the chicken thighs with the seasoning and the chicken stock.
  5. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.
  6. When the chicken is done cooking it will come apart easily with two forks.
